About Gwenda

Gwenda Wallace is a professional artist living and working from her home studio in Co. Wexford in the Sunny South East of Ireland.

Working primarily in oil and acrylic her painting practice focuses on exploring life as a journey and capturing those special moments in time that can bring so much joy. Childhood memories of long, sandy days spent at the beach, or hearing the gentle hum of farm machinery at harvest time.

In recent years Gwenda has enjoyed painted En Plein Air and this influence can be seen in her work where she paints in vibrant colours that can truly only be seen in nature.

Gwenda has a comprehensive private commission-based background. Throughout the year she takes a limited number of commissions from clients who wish to capture their own special memory, time or place. For more information about how to commission your own piece of art click here.
